Eurostar was advising only crucial travel to Paris thanks to an overhead electrical power concern as of about 11am this early morning (26 July).

The rail operator mentioned in a statement: “Due to an overhead electricity issue in Paris, our visitors to and from Paris is severely disrupted and recommend essential vacation only.
“Exchange your ticket for cost-free, for a later on date, subject to availability.
“If you pick to vacation, remember to continue to ticket gates at the time indicated on your ticket as standard.
“We apologise for the inconvenience and we thank you for your tolerance.”
